I personally don't use any but one that I found is a decision tree for excel. This can be used to see what will happen to your company when you make certain decision. For example it can be used to check and track progress of employees. This will help keep organized.

That looks somewhat like the stuff we were working on in class with the yes or no for being in the club and how it would effect the money in the pocket. This looks very useful and I would use it if need be
